SPRING 2018 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
8 Week circuit training session with certified trainer. No weights are used in this class.
This strength and conditioning program that you will be participating in will be focusing on circuit training. The circuit training will consist of stations that are geared to enhance your speed, agility and strength, along with stamina. Participating in this strength and conditioning program will improve coordination and athleticism. We will use only each trainees bodyweight for the strength drills. This program will give each member the optimum chance to excel in each sport he or she chooses. This program is suitable for the non sports oriented member that wants to be in great physical shape.
Class if offered Thursday evenings at JFK from 7 PM - 8 PM for Grades 5 - 7 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
NOTE: this is a brand new program and as such the class will be dependent on enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund registration if we do not meet required participation level.

**If a program is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, if the school district cancels our class, there are no refunds or credits given for the canceled session. We do make every effort to offer a snow date but those are not guaranteed.
